Patina Blached Oak Flooring

Species:
Most species including; Ash, Red Oak, White Oak, Hickory, Walnut, Maple Jatoba, Ipe.

Finish:
1. Water Edge is a water based urethane finish, used for most residential Patina projects.
2. Trustor Wearmax finish is a non toxic commercial grade waterborne finish. This finish will entirely seal the pores of the wood so, that the floor becomes highly durable and absolutely uncomplicated to care for. However, all these characteristics are at the expense of the totally natural surface.

Installation:
The flooring should be mailed and glued on a sub floor. For more specific instructions, please go to the NWFA’s website and follow their installation guidelines for solid or engineered installation.

Production:
The plant is located in Ventura, California, and has been producing custom wood floors for 12 years specializing in hand finished French reproductions of the plank and parquet patterns used in the 18th century. The company is medium size which allows flexibility to produce almorst anything imaginable in wood flooring, medallions, borders, or grand staircases. The Patina product is finished using a top of the line Italian spray system that can produce furniture finish or roll-apply durable Aluminum Oxide for heavy commercial projects.

Warranty:
Residential: Water Edge and Wear Max Advanced Ceramic finish is guaranteed against wear through to the wood for 2 years from date of application subject to the following conditions: The finish is to be used indoors only. The finish must be maintained as recommended. The surface wear must most not have occurred as a result or improper maintenance, or damage caused by denting, scratching, or cutting. The surface wear must be readily visible in 5% of the area coated with WearMax Advanced Ceramic finish.
